When making your purchase please be sure to check your cart to make any adjustments before finalizing your order. All units and bundles come in it’s natural form as is. Our hair can be dyed and thermally styled to your liking. For best results, we highly recommend going to a professional stylist for your installations. Please refer to the “Care Guide” card in your package on how to maintain your hair at home. 

 

Shipping:

Standard shipping takes 7-10 business days for delivery within the U.S. after it has been dispatched. Tracking information will be available as soon as your order departs our facilities. Please note that once packages are received by USPS we are no longer responsible or liable for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the UPS

International shipments are made through UPS priority international for any destination worldwide and are normally received within 10 business days for an additional fee. Red Label Extensions is not responsible for any custom fees or taxes associated with your shipment.

PICK-UP:

When you choose the pickup service you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup within 48 hours. Please do not just show up if you have not received your "order ready" email and please give us 48 hours to prepare your order. Thank you
